Hola!

From playing the piano, to painting, to doing ceramics workshops in the summer, and even choreographing and performing dances with my cousins at family reunions, I’ve enjoyed art from a very young age. Watching my dad take pictures during family vacations made me curious about photography and capturing the essence of different human experiences. After developing a deeper understanding of photography and film as a Film Major in Boston College, I’ve become interested in making films that tell stories that others can relate to. Telling stories through the language of cinema is something that has the power to join communities of not only artists and creators, but also the viewers. As a filmmaker, I am interested in collaborating with other artists to portray stories that lead the viewer through an emotional journey, that beyond entertaining, raises important questions and fosters empathy and understanding.

Some of the things I enjoy doing in my free time include roadtripping back home in Puerto Rico, dancing salsa, merengue, and bachata, listening to all types of music, and most importantly calling my golden retriever and talking nonsense to her on FaceTime.

Let’s create something cool together! Feel free to shoot me an email if you need any help building an idea or filming it.
